Top 5 Brain Foods While Reviewing for Exams

We all have our own go-to foods that we just love to munch on while reviewing for our dearly beloved final exams, and while some may find it distracting, others find it very effective! (myself included in ‘others’)

So listed here are the blog-recommended brain foods to get you through your exams!

1. Stik-O

Through thick and thin, Stik-O has proven to be my go-to snack while I’m reviewing. A little tip for everyone: use Stik-O as a straw to sip your coffee and I swear, everything will become heavenly even though you’re cramming for your test at 5:00 in the morning.

2. McDo’s McFlurry

While we aren’t being sponsored by McDo to advertise this product (sadly, cue tears), I know almost everyone LOVES some vanilla ice-cream mixed with crush Oreos. (Again, sadly not sponsored by Oreo, either). A cold and sweet dessert is sure to mingle your single brain and make it happy! Heads up though! Sa sobrang sarap, baka makalimutan mo pangalan mo. Nung kapanahunan ko, okay lang yun. Makalimutan na ang pangalan, WAG LANG YUNG LESSON SA HISTORY.

3. McDonalds’ Shake Shake Fries

First of all, hindi ako bias sa McDo. Jollibee ako. I just found out that the intensity of the flavors of this batch of Shake Shake Fries are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Please, if you stumble upon a McDonalds branch, try their Garlic Butter. You won’t regret it.

4. Oreos!

Hay nako. Lord, salamat po sa pagbiyaya sa amin ng Oreos. Isa pong karangalan ang mapatunayan sainyo na kami pong mga tao ang karapat-dapat na magmahal sa pagkaing ito. I love you, my Oreos.

5. Taho

Two of my closest friends know about my addiction to taho. I literally try to find it everywhere. I’d buy from the guy in front of Rob in the morning, and when he’s not there I usually buy from 7-Eleven (the cold version!)
