The obscure and lengthy road

Never seemed to light up

Even the horizons seemed broad

The journey was indeed tough.

Swimming through endless phrases

As if finding for a completing clause

Yet all left to do is delete or backspace,

There’s no way to enter without a cause.

The maze of paragraphs and pages,

As if a story of a book closed shut

We tried to flip, but it seemed like ages

Did we walk out or is it the same path?

But whatever happened, I saw everyone.

Persisted through the darkest unknown,

Failed to reach the scorching hot sun,

Yet promised to continue to run.
